The World Cup is the planet's biggest sporting event and Copa90 made its mark out in Brazil.
After bringing HTC into the channel to sponsor our successful Champions League travel series Eurofan, we worked with official FIFA World Cup Partner Hyundai to bring alive the excitement and energy of the competition beyond the stadium.
We integrated three series into the channel - first was a UGC competition, where we gave away 12 World Cup packages to watch Brazil play, followed by a 'World Cup Cities' series in which Maya Jama uncovered the best football culture in each one of the 12 host cities, with the campaign culminating in 'World Cup Taxi' - where presenters Maya and Tom Deacon offered a free taxi service to fans in return for sharing their tournament story.
